NRT Assessment
Successful completion of the NRT assessment for Defence is one of the requirements for the DMC Patient Group Direction (PGD) for the Supply of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT). You can download a copy below and complete as a self-assessment. Once completed, the correct answer sheet can be used to check your responses.
