Young people and stopping vaping

This briefing will:
- Summarise the prevalence and patterns of, and attitudes towards, nicotine vape use by young people
- Summarise the evidence on vaping and health
- Provide an overview of current and planned legislation and how this impacts on intervening with young people
- Suggest how to raise the issue of nicotine vapes with young people, and how to respond to concerns raised by them, parents and those working with young people
- Offer guidance on how to assist young people to stop vaping, and how to resist peer pressure and avoid high-risk situation to prevent relapse
