Open courses

We have developed a suite of three new virtual training courses designed to support Local Stop Smoking Services to:

1. target and adapt service models for priority groups; and
2. tailor interventions to the individual needs of people who smoke, particularly those in priority groups.

We recommend that this suite of new courses is commissioned as a package of training to support system change, maximise training impact and ensure timely implementation to practice. The three new training courses are for:

• Tobacco Leads and Commissioners
• Stop Smoking Service Managers
• Stop Smoking Practitioners (advanced practice)

Courses, delivered via Zoom for up to 20 participants, can be commissioned by contacting us at enquiries@ncsct.co.uk.

For services that may not be able to commission the three courses as a package, we have provided a facility below to book individual places on each of these courses.
