A: The purpose of the NCSCT is to support NHS Stop Smoking Services in England to provide high quality stop smoking support based on the most up to date evidence available. Through the development of training standards and the delivery of training, the work of the centre helps to optimise the quality of behavioural support offered through NHS Stop Smoking Services, giving every smoker the greatest available chance of quitting successfully.

A: The NCSCT website will be the main portal for up to date information on NCSCT training developments and services. The website offers the opportunity to join our mailing list to receive the latest information from the NCSCT. We also welcome comments and suggestions. We will also be continuing to attend regional events to provide up-to-date information and receive feedback.
