Free phone numbers and live web chat services are accessed by large numbers of smokers each year and provides the first point of access to the Stop Smoking Services and further support to quit.
To help ensure they are providing a quality services to those that use them, the NCSCT CIC are undertaking a programme of specialist mystery shopping which will test all national routes to stop smoking support and report back recommendations for improvements.
